The Associated Press has named Lisa Gibbs business editor, effective in late August. She replaces Kevin Shinkle, who departed in May to serve as chief communications officer for Delta Airlines. Gibbs had most recently served as senior writer for Money since 2009, originally working for the magazine from 1999 to 2004. Prior to this, she served as executive business editor for The Miami Herald. Follow business news across the globe on Twitter.
